Explore Vlissingen in an eco-friendly solar-powered train car

Explore the charming city of Vlissingen aboard the environmentally friendly Solar Train Zeeland! Powered by electric motors which run on solar energy, this futuristic sightseeing locomotive consumes no harmful fossil fuel, emits no nasty gases, and makes hardly any noise.

You can choose between two options. Either enjoy a direct ride from De Punt (close to Vlissingen Station) to the city center, or sit back and relax as you take a hop-on hop-off tour of all the local sights in the afternoon. Breeze around the harbor scenery, check out the marina or the bustling beachfront promenade, and enjoy the pleasant seaside vibes with plenty of time to explore at your leisure.

The Zonnetrein runs a shuttle service from De Punt to the Vlissingen city center from 10.00 to 17.30

The one-hour touristic tour takes place from 13.00 to 16.00, you can hop on and off this tour at several stops
