Important visitor information

Please dress according to the weather

Tours operate rain or shine

Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed

Authorized guides and service animals are welcome

Allow at least 3 hours to see both islands

2 PM priority entry will not allow time to visit Ellis Island

Before purchase

Kids under 4 get in free, no ticket needed

Guests 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult (25+)

Good to know

Statue Cruises is the only authorized provider with access to the grounds of Liberty Island and Ellis Island

There are lockers available on the island for $2 (12 in x 12 in x 12 in size, quarters only)

The time that you choose is to join the queue to enter the Security Screening Facility, not a specific ferry departure. The wait time can be several hours, particularly during peak season, including summer, weekends, and holidays

*Getting there (Liberty State Park):**

Ample parking for cars and buses

Easy access from the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 78

Ferries depart approximately every 60 - 70 minutes from the New Jersey departure point

How to use

Please note that if you take the last boat, you won't have time to visit the two islands

Show your smartphone voucher upon boarding

Please arrive approximately 30 minutes before the reservation time

A link will be provided on your voucher to download your New York City Guide, self-guided walking tour and discount code for select New York attraction tickets

Note: Please be aware of unauthorized ticket vendors in Battery Park who may try to redirect guests from using their tickets. Authorized staff are located inside Castle Clinton or assisting at the ferry boarding line.
