Child tickets (Age 0-3) are free and can be picked up at the venue (ID required).

Tickets are free of charge for People of Determination + one caregiver.

Good to know

Bags larger than 14 x 10 inches are not permitted inside the museum and must be checked at the designated storage area. A storage fee may apply

How to use

Present your online voucher to collect your tickets from the ticketing desk or self service kiosks

Tickets need to be collected 15-30 minutes prior to booked time slot

For complimentary child tickets: every paying adult gets 1 free child ticket (aged under 12), valid for visitng between 15 June to 15 September 2026. Collect free ticket at the ticketing desk with a valid photo ID for age verification. No separate booking is required.
