Show your smartphone ticket to the Cruise Representative at the departure point

Departures are from behind the National Art Centre, below the Plaza Bridge (Rideau Street Bridge) and beside the 1 Elgin St Cafe

If you cannot find the departure point, the main ticket kiosk is located on 2 Rideau Street, across from the Fairmont Château Laurier
