For transfer to Venice from Marco Polo Airport: Line 5 Aerobus at the exit of arrival halls of Marco Polo Airport

Note that the 75 minutes option does not include vaporettos and is only valid for transfers to Venice from Marco Polo Airport

How to use

Exchange your mobile ticket for a paper ticket using your PNR at a Venezia Unica ticket office or a self-service machine

*How to convert your voucher into a regular ticket:**

At ACTV automatic ticket machines, enter your personal PNR booking code

The PNR booking code is under the QR code in the voucher. Do not scan the QR code; only enter the PNR

In case of assistance due to the malfunction of the automatic ticket machines, go to a Venezia Unica point of sale
