Keep in mind you need to arrive 15 minutes before start
Before purchase
The best time for sunset views is between 17:00-19:00, it is recommended to arrive slightly earlier
Infants (0-2) are free of charge

**Please note that the selected timeslot is for Burj Khalifa: At the Top (Floors 124 & 125). Access to the Sky Views Observatory does not require a timeslot**
You can leave your bag free of charge on the ground floor
*Requirement for the Glass Slide**
Requirement: Weight 30 to 150 kg and Height 120 to 200 cm
A special rug/mat must be used during the sliding experience, and instructions given by the Sky Views supervisors must be followed
Personal belongings, including mobile phones and sharp jewelery, must be removed and kept inside the pouch
Do not slide on a lying position on your back or stomach
Participants should not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits or any other substances that impair judgement (e.g. medicine).
Participants should be free from severe physical or mental disorders that would not allow them to complete the physical and mental tasks asked throughout the ride.
One person only at a time can use the slide

The selected timeslot is for the Burj Khalifa: At The Top level 124/125
Enter the Burj Khalifa via the Dubai Mall, Lower Ground Level. Follow 'At The Top' sign
To redeem your ticket, you can skip the ticket counter and show your QR ticket directly at the entrance
*Sky Views Observatory**
Enter Sky Views via Dubai Mall Metro Link bridge or through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1
You can visit Sky Views before or after your Burj Khalifa visit, depending on your timeslot with the same QR ticket
*Experiences are at different venues, approximately a 20-minute walk between them**
