The Elbphilharmonie reserves the right in rare, special cases (mainly for security reasons) not to grant access to the Plaza. There is not a guarantee that the tour can take place on the Elbphilharmonie Plaza by the guides. In this case we will refund the partial amount as soon as possible.

How to use

You will receive a Plaza ticket from a guide who will take you inside the Elbphilharmonie

The meeting point is at the Baumwall underground station (exit towards Kehrwiederspitze/entrance Kehrwiederspitze). At the foot of the stairs in front of the “Back Shop” (kiosk) under the railway bridge

You can recognize your guide by their red shoulder bag with the white 'Adventure World Tours' print
