You will receive access codes (user and password) immediately after purchase which are necessary to download the audio content

If you need assistance, you can go to the help desk located at the entrance of the Lateran Palace, on the right side of the main facade of the Basilica (open from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 16:30). On Sundays you can contact the staff on duty at the Cloister (left aisle of the Basilica).
