Enjoy the ultimate tasting tour in Edinburgh's working gin distillery

Tickle your tastebuds with a tour of the Lind & Lime Tour gin distillery in Edinburgh!

Your tour will take place in a working distillery, within the actual production area. During your visit, you'll receive a welcome Lind & Lime G&T, hear about the history of this excellent gin and its links to the history of Leith.

You’ll hear how Lind & Lime gin is made, and get hands-on with the botanicals used to craft its signature flavor. Learn how the giant still operates. Once you're an expert, you'll get to bottle and label your own miniature bottle to take home.

The tour ends with a cocktail-making session, where your expert guide will demonstrate how to make the perfect Gimlet, then have a go at yourself and sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor!

Finish off with a port and sherry tasting in the Leith Export Company shop afterwards.
