How to use

You must redeem your voucher at Big Bus Information Center Stop #1 - 99 Jefferson St. the day before (or up until 10:00 am) the day of your Alcatraz visit

You will need to check in either the day before your Alcatraz tour (between 9 am and 5 pm) or the day of your tour at 9:30 am

A photo ID is required for each adult in the group over the age of 18

A tour departure time for Alcatraz will be assigned 10 days before the tour date. Once a time is assigned, it is not possible to make any changes. Make sure you have flexibility in your schedule for the day the Alcatraz Tour is booked for
