Must know

Valid on all buses, trains and port ferries of the Hamburg Transport Association (HVV) in the area AB (incl. Hamburg Airport)

Before purchase

Please note that the Hamburg CARD cannot be changed or cancelled. The Hamburg CARD is valid per calendar day (not 24 hours) from 0:00 in the morning until 6:00 the following day.

How to use

You will receive a directly usable ticket, with which you can convert your Hamburg CARD into a digital Hamburg CARD in the app "Hamburg – Experience & Savings" (iOS and Android available) as indicated on the ticket. This eliminates the need to print the ticket (the presentation of the ticket as a pure PDF on a tablet or smartphone is not allowed).
