The experience
In nearly 4,000m2, Michelin-star chef Ferran Adriá once again revolutionizes the world of food with an innovative museum concept at El Bulli 1846.
With 69 abstract audiovisual installations, Adriá aims to illustrate how and why El Bulli continues to be a pioneer in the culinary sphere. See a complete reconstruction of the restaurant's dining room, take a tour of the creative process that built the award-winning menu of El Bulli.
While El Bulli won't have food on the menu, an entry ticket to El Bulli 1846 instead provides food for the soul and insight into the mind of chef Ferran Adriá.
