Must know

Pregnant women, families with strollers, and visitors using crutches can purchase priority tickets at the venue

Tickets are valid for individual visitors only and cannot be used by tour operators

Before purchase

Free entry for children under 7 and disabled visitors (74%+ disability) plus one carer

Please ensure your shoulders and knees are covered

Good to know

Allow all visitors with a certified disability of more than 74% to enter for free. If the visitor is not able to care for themselves, a free ticket is also provided to a companion

How to use

Your voucher is not the ticket. Please redeem your voucher at the Touristation Office (Viale Vaticano, 97), located 50 meters opposite the entrance of the Vatican Museums

Please be at the Touristation office 15 minutes before the selected time.

The staff will provide you with all the details of the attractions included in your reservation

Large bags, suitcases, pets, selfie sticks, alcohol, drugs, umbrellas, and smoking are not allowed
