Swimming for at least 200 meters is a must due to safety reasons
Meet at the kayak partner station in Solna, and please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure
Take the blue subway line (T10/T11) to "Västra Skogen"; it takes 6 minutes from T-Centralen. Walk for 500 meters to the kayak station (LEK MER | Pampas Kayak)
