Important visitor information

Must know

You need to dress warmly for the cave tour, since the temperature is just a few degrees above freezing throughout the year. Hiking shoes/boots are recommended but sneakers are acceptable.

Before purchase

We have a 5 year age limit to the cave for safety reasons.

How to use

Once you get to the cave location you will meet our guides in a small house that is located right above the parking lot. There you will tell our guide the name you used to book your tickets.
