Meet the staff at the specified meeting point 15 minutes before your booked entry time to redeem your tickets for the Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel

The meeting point is between Tmark Hotel Vaticano and Caffé Vaticano, at the top of the big staircase (Viale Vaticano, 100) and look for a staff holding a sign with ''The Tour Guy''

Reach at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after the indicated start time cannot be accommodated, & missed tickets cannot be refunded
