The experience

Swim with sharks, rays, and other underwater creatures

Join Shark Dive Xtreme for a 2.5 to 3-hour dive designed for first-time divers.

Start with a 90-minute briefing, followed by a 30-minute underwater dive. See sharks, rays, and other underwater creatures up close.

Shark Dive Xtreme runs on select dates, with three daily time slots. Each session accommodates up to four participants.

Before you book

Important visitor information

Must know

Do not consume alcohol the night before your dive

Reasonable level of swimming ability is required

Bring a valid ID or passport

Bring swimwear, enclosed footwear, toiletries, and a towel

Personal underwater cameras are not permitted

Before purchase

Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian

Guests under the age of 14 are not allowed

Good to know

Do not fly within 12 hours after your dive

Wait 24 hours after your dive before flying

Late arrival or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of your dive session

Participants must be able to communicate in English for health and safety reasons

You must not be pregnant or planning to become pregnant

Scuba diving is physically demanding and may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions, such as asthma

If you have a pre-existing medical condition, obtain medical clearance from a qualified dive doctor before your experience

If you are booking for someone else, ensure they are aware of the terms and conditions

How to use

Show your smartphone ticket along with your ID/passport directly at the entry

Divers aged 14-18 require parental consent and must attend the pre-dive briefing

All divers must read and complete the medical declaration questionnaire before booking their Shark Dive and send it to sydney.experiences@merlinentertainments.com.au
