Join the wildlife tour to see Australia’s native animals in their natural settings. This half-day tour departs at an ideal time for wildlife sightings.
After pickup, drive for 30 to 40 minutes through Canberra’s outskirts to the Deep Space Tracking Station at Tidbinbilla. Learn about the station’s role in the Apollo missions and its work in space research.
Next, visit Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve. See Australian wildlife such as kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, emus, and colorful parrots. With some luck, spot a platypus.
The tour ends with a drive back, offering more views of Australia's diverse landscapes.
