*In case of canyon closure due to adverse weather or other such reasons:**

If the closure occurs in the days leading up to the activity, the supplier will contact guests via WhatsApp and email to propose an alternative date, if possible; otherwise, a refund will be issued

If the closure occurs on the day of the activity, an alternative hiking route will be offered, and the cost of any services not used in this alternative activity will be refunded like canyon access ticket, land transport ticket, and boat ticket

If the closure occurs once during the activity or inside the canyon, the best possible solution will be sought

Recommended parking area: Santiago del Teide Cemetery (9 minutes on foot from the meeting point)
