Code/link for the audio guide will be emailed at least 24 hours before the activity; follow the instructions on your voucher to download

Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to your selected entrance time

Exchange your voucher and receive your entry ticket(s) from the staff with a 'Loving Rome' flag at the black tables of Caffè Leonina (front row)

Late arrivals or no-show will neither be accommodated nor refunded

Wait times for security check may reach up to 2–3 hours during high season

The escorted access let's you bypass the basic entry waiting line, the security line cannot be skipped
