If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction

If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the elevator of the Eiffel Tower is restricted and you take the stairs, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the elevator and a ticket for the stairs may be refunded, since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public by stairs
