In a reserved space in a Bologna wine shop, spend an hour sampling three red wines. Pair the wines with cold cuts, cheeses, artisanal sauces, jams, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and authentic Bolognese ragù.

Learn about food and wine pairings as the expert explains the aromas, flavors, and characteristics of each wine.

Participate in the sommelier game, a 10-question challenge about wine knowledge. Receive a personalized evaluation, suggestions for wines suited to your taste, and a digital certificate at the end.
