The experience
Practice Kendo, a martial art with its roots in samurai swordsmanship from over 400 years ago.
Begin your session by changing into a t-shirt and shorts, then wear a Kendogi and Hakama.
Get introduced to Kendo's history and ceremonial etiquette. Understand the use of Kendo's protective armor and bamboo sword.
Practice proper form and striking techniques with a bamboo sword. The dojo features various samurai artifacts for you to observe.
Engage in a practice match to apply what you've learned. Conclude the experience with a photo session in your Kendo attire.
