If you booked the “Meet at Tuan Chau Harbor” option, please arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, Hạ Long City by 11:00 for check-in, as boarding closes at 11:00

If you booked the “With Hanoi Pickup” option, please be ready at your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel lobby by 07:30 - 07:45

Pickup is only available within the Old Quarter. Guests outside this area must meet at the Hanoi Opera House (07:45)
