How to use

If you book the “Meet at Ha Long International Cruise Port” option, arrive at Ha Long International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City by 12:00 for check-in, as boarding closes at 12:00

If you book the “With Hanoi Pickup” option, be ready at your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel lobby by 08:00–08:30

Pickup is only available within the Old Quarter. Guests outside this area must meet at the Hanoi Opera House at 08:30
