Important visitor information

Must know

Not recommended for pregnant women or people with back problems, heart problems, or other serious medical conditions

Bike rentals are available for 3-hour period. From 8:45 am to 12:00 pm in the morning and from 12:15 pm to 3:30 pm in the afternoon

Not suitable for children under 15 years

The staff recommends to be an intermediate bike rider for this rental

How to use

Meet the staff and collect your fat tire e-bike at the Kilauea Lodge and Restaurant overflow parking lot between the two pillars next to the "slow down" sign

Park in front by their white truck and trailer. The back parking is for Kilauea Lodge employees only

Show your mobile voucher to the staff at the meeting point

Arrive on time as the staff is only available for scheduled rental pickups. They do not have a store front. If you are not at the meeting spot at your start time, they will not be there to meet you and you will not be issued a refund
