Start with a small-group tour of Pompeii guided by a professional archaeologist.

See the Forum, main houses, and public buildings that show daily life in ancient times.

In the afternoon, head to Mount Vesuvius on a comfortable minibus with up to 14 participants.

Hike up to the crater on a steep trail.

At the summit, look inside the crater and see the Bay of Naples spread out below.

After the hike, return to Pompeii by minibus.
