If you could not join the Tour because of the weather conditions, you may reschedule your tour by sending a request to Tiqets Customer Service team within 3 days of your original departure.

Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour

Children below the age of 4, if accompanied by an adult and not occupying a seat, will be carried free of charge

TramOramic Tour will stop service if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued or the Hong Kong Observatory announces that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above will be issued within 2 hours before the departure.

TramOramic Tour will resume normal 2 hours after Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is lowered.

*Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal**

TramOramic Tour will stop service if Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued before the departure.

TramOramic Tour will resume normal 2 hours after Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is lowered.

Show your smartphone voucher to the tram attendant at the terminus
