Important visitor information
Must know
This ticket cannot be used on the day of purchase (Japan time)
Up to 8 passengers can travel from/to Kansai Airport on the same day
Seat reservations are unavailable from 02:00–04:00 (Japan time) due to maintenance
Guests on the same reservation must travel together; no partial use
Good to know
If the ticket cannot be displayed due to a lost, malfunctioning, or dead mobile device, it cannot be used. The supplier cannot process reissues or refunds

How to use
Reserve your seat after purchase (via voucher instructions) at least 5 minutes before departure
Use your smartphone voucher at the dedicated gate for digital tickets
Multiple tickets cannot be used on one smartphone. If purchasing multiple tickets, transfer them to each passenger’s device; the purchaser may retain one
Disable dark mode and note that screenshots of QR codes are not accepted
Schedule changes are allowed up to 2 times, no later than 5 minutes before departure
Seat selection is limited to regular seats (super seats are not available)
If you exit at a station, the ticket cannot be reused
