The experience
Take a guided boat tour along the coastline, visiting sea caves and learning about historical locations significant to Hawaiian history and traditions. Visit Kealakekua Bay, where you can see dolphins or whales in their natural habitat. Have lunch while viewing the natural surroundings of the bay. This tour includes an opportunity to snorkel and to cruise along the Kona coast to see culturally and historically relevant sites.

Snorkeling experience required; participants must be comfortable swimming and fit to climb a ladder. Not suitable for certain conditions or advanced pregnancy. Children need adult supervision. Use reef-safe sunscreen at Kealakekua Bay. Bring essentials; consider motion sickness medication.
The tour is unavailable during Ironman Championship and major holidays.
Check in at Honokohau Marina North Boat Ramp, 74-381 Kealakehe Pkwy, Kailua Kona, Hawaii 96740. Enter Honokohau Harbor, take the first right, and follow the road left to the large lot. Drive left to the boat ramp. Meet the crew by the pavilion near the restrooms. Arrive at the specified check-in time.
