The experience
Join a guided nighttime snorkeling trip where you can observe large manta rays swimming in their natural habitat. View the feeding behavior of these marine animals under illumination and observe how they coexist with other sea creatures.

Not suitable for strollers, wheelchairs, or advanced pregnancy. Not advised for recent injuries, heart, back, or neck conditions. Swimming/snorkeling experience required. Must be water-comfortable and ladder-capable. Weather-dependent. Bring swimwear, towel, change of clothes, and motion sickness medication.
Age range: 2-80 years.
Meet at Honokohau Marina North Boat Ramp, 74-381 Kealakehe Pkwy, Kailua Kona, Hawaii 96740. From the main highway, turn into Honokohau Harbor, take the first right, and follow the road left to the large parking lot. Pass the gas station on your left and head to the boat ramp. Find the crew member by the pavilion near the public restrooms. Arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled check-in time.
