How to use

If you booked the “Meet at Tuan Chau Harbor” option, arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, Halong City by 12:00 for check-in, as boarding closes at 12:00

If you booked the “With Hanoi Pickup” option, please be ready at your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel lobby by 08:00 – 08:30

Pickup is only available within the Old Quarter. Guests outside this area must meet at the Hanoi Opera House (08:30)

Show your smartphone ticket to the guide at pickup or when boarding the cruise
