Important visitor information

Must know

Closed-toe shoes are required

Dress appropriately for mountain terrain with dirt and mud trails

Tour runs rain or shine, unless safety is at risk

Restrooms are only available at the basecamp

Driver changes are allowed once per tour; additional drivers must meet requirements

Before purchase

All riders must be at least 36 inches tall

Drivers must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license

How to use

Show your smartphone ticket to the staff at the entrance

Arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled tour for check-in

All drivers must be at least 18 years of age and show a valid photo ID
