Experience lasts 40 minutes, including 30 minutes of VR and 10 minutes for setup
Guests with heart conditions or epilepsy are not allowed
Mobile phones and smartwatches are not allowed inside the VR room; lockers are provided for safe storage
Accessible for guests with reduced mobility
Before purchase
Children under the age of 8 are not allowed
Participants must be at least 4' 6" (1.37 m) tall
Good to know
The venue is ADA-compliant. However, note that the experience is a 30-minute walking VR adventure, which may not be suitable for individuals with limited balance stability
For safety reasons, walkers and canes are not permitted while wearing the headset, as they may pose a tripping hazard
Wheelchairs are available
Comfortable clothing is recommended to ensure an enjoyable experience. Since you'll be wearing a VR headset, please avoid wearing hats or caps during the experience
The VR headset can comfortably accommodate glasses
This experience is not subtitled, and therefore cannot be fully followed by guests who are deaf or severely hearing-impaired
