How to use

Ferries depart from Pier 33 Alcatraz Landing, Embarcadero, San Francisco

Arrive 30 minutes before departure

Proceed directly to the Ferry to have your ticket scanned

You will need to present a government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for purchase

The ferry takes around 15 minutes; visitors may stay on the island as long as they wish
