Bags and suitcases aren't allowed upstairs. You can check your bag free of charge on the ground floor

All visitors are required to go through a security check and to show a valid ID

The best time for sunset views is between 17:00-19:00, it is recommended to arrive slightly earlier

Expect a considerable waiting time to experience the venue during peak season

*Getting There:**

Metro: The red line takes you right to the Burj Khalifa

The Dubai Mall Fashion avenue is undergoing an experience upgrade. For now, the lower ground (LG) level food court will remain closed and there is no seated space available

We recommend that groups arrive no more than ten minutes prior to the scheduled time to avoid extended queuing and inconvenience to guests
