Getting There:

Metro: The red line takes you right to the Burj Khalifa

The Dubai Aquarium is located on the 2nd floor of the mall

The Dubai Mall Fashion avenue is undergoing an experience upgrade. For now, the lower ground (LG) level food court will remain closed and there is no seated space available

We recommend that groups arrive no more than ten minutes prior to the scheduled time to avoid extended queuing and inconvenience to guests

Enter the Burj Khalifa via the Dubai Mall, Lower Ground Level. Follow 'At The Top' sign

To redeem your ticket, you can skip the ticket counter and show your QR ticket directly at the entrance

You can redeem your Dubai Aquarium ticket before or after your Burj Khalifa visit, depending on your timeslot with the same QR ticket

Show your QR Ticket directly at entrance

*Experiences are at different venues, approximately a 10-minute walk between them**
