Must know

Large luggage isn't allowed on board

From 3rd November, 2025 to 31st March 2026 Line B of the Firenze City Sightseeing service will be suspended from Monday to Friday. However, it will be active every day with limited service from 20 December to 6 January.

How to use

Show your smartphone ticket when you hop on the buses

Visitor centers: via Cavour 39R (10:00 to 17:00) and Santa Maria Novella train station (7:30 to 15:00)

We kindly inform you that stop n. 11 of Line A will be suspended
