Important visitor information

Must know

The Lost City will be closed due to maintenance from January 7th until February 24th. Reopening day on February 25th

Please note the attraction ‘Mai Thai River’ will be closed between January 7 to March 11. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Kids under 3 enter both parks for free, no ticket required

Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult

There are height restrictions at Siam Park (1.10m, 1.25m, 1.40m for the water slide).

Present your smartphone ticket at both venues and get it scanned (no physical voucher is needed)
