A royal day out exploring the historic aspects of England's most famous castle

Visit Windsor Castle, the oldest and largest inhabited castle in the world. It has been the family home of British kings and queens for almost 1,000 years and is today one of the official residences of His Majesty The King.

A magnificent royal garden beneath the famous east façade of Windsor Castle has been transformed according to His Majesty The King’s vision.

The redesigned Venus Garden takes its inspiration from the orbit of Earth’s closest neighbour in the solar system. Traced over eight years, Venus’s orbit creates a petal-like floral pattern.

The 5 additional Semi-State Rooms are accessible to the public only during the winter months

Kids under 5 and caretakers of visitors with a disability get in free

St. George's Chapel is closed on Sundays

How to use

Please note that your smartphone voucher must be exchanged for paper tickets upon arrival

You'll be required to go through an airport-style security check. It can't be skipped and the lines are longest in the mornings

In order to speed this process up and reduce queuing times, please carry as few bags and items with you as possible

Please note that St. George's Chapel is closed on Sundays

This ticket does not include a 1-Year Pass
