Mobile vouchers can be redeemed at stop 1 and from the driver. It is not needed to present the smartphone voucher at the City Sightseeing office on Castle Place

If you bought a reduced ticket, you may be asked to present proof of age or a valid student ID

Monday-Friday: Tours operate every 60 minutes

Saturday-Sunday: Tours operate every 30 minutes

The loop takes 90 minutes but the frequency is every 30 minutes.
