The abbey is best reachable by car. There is a free parking area for motorhomes above the Arca di Sant'Antimo Bookshop
The nearest train station is Buonconvento (Grosseto - Siena line)
Bus: Line 0P1 from Montalcino to Castelnuovo Abate. From there, it's a 15-minute walk
The Path of Light tour “Via della Luce” can be booked (if available) on the spot paying € 7. It’s not possible to book it online because it’s not always available
