Cloud Forest and Flower Dome must be visited on the same day

No food and drinks are allowed in the conservatories (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest)

An audio guide in English, Mandarin, and Japanese is available for rent at the Visitor Services Center

Before purchase

Children aged 0–2: free; no ticket needed

Discounted tickets for Singapore citizens and residents onsite

Outdoor Gardens and Children's Gardens are free

How to use

Scan the mobile voucher directly at the turnstile for both conservatories and the Floral Fantasy

Supertree Observatory or OCBC Skyway: Valid for entry between 09:00 and 16:00

You can choose any visit date within the validity period mentioned on your ticket/voucher

04 July 2026: Parts of the Flower Dome will be temporarily closed for a launch event. The South American Garden and Mediterranean Garden will be unavailable from 18:15 to 19:20, while the Flower Field will be closed from 19:30 to 20:20

12–27 September 2026: The Borealis show will be rescheduled to 21:00 – 21:15 due to the Mid-Autumn Festival
