Not wheelchair accessible

Pregnant women without complications may join up to 6 months

Visitors must be able to climb 12 steps independently

People using a cane or walking aid may join if they can manage the steps. Access is subject to weather and safety conditions

Before purchase

Minors must be at least 90 cm (35 inches) tall

Children under 4 are not permitted

Guests must pay a marine park fee on arrival (reef zone): MXN 225 or USD 13 per person

Good to know

Tour operation is subject to favorable weather conditions

Food and beverages are not allowed

Access is prohibited for individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Smoking is not permitted inside the facilities or during the tour

Boarding in swimwear or barefoot is not allowed

Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended

There is no luggage storage area available. Only small lockers are available for rent at 100 MXN for small backpacks

Show your smartphone ticket at the Atlantis Submarines office across the street from the Casa del Mar Hotel, north of the International Pier
