Good to know

There is a shuttle bus available at the Cruise Ship Terminal for a cost of $15 CAD per person for round-trip transportation. It will drop you near the departure point.

How to use

Please check in at the kiosk at 721 Government Street, directly out-front of The Fairmont Empress Hotel no later than 15 mins prior to your scheduled departure

You will need to redeem your voucher for a boarding pass prior to boarding you tour with our kiosk staff under the red umbrellas
