The experience
It was here, on the very site of L’Envol des Pionniers, that the great love affair between Toulouse and airplanes began. Between 1918 and 1933, the planes of "La Ligne" took off from here for Africa and South America.
One hundred years ago, Pierre Georges Latécoère said: "I've recalculated everything, the project is impossible; there's only one thing left to do: make it happen!"
And they did it! One hundred years after its first flight, rediscover the fabulous saga of Aéropostale in its historic buildings. Aéropostale was a daring challenge that brought together hundreds of men and women around Mermoz, Guillaumet, Saint-Exupéry, and others in an incredible adventure!
