How to use

Enter via the Dubai Mall, Lower Ground Level (LG), take the Burj Khalifa entrance named "At the Top" on the left hand side, and show your smartphone voucher at the Will Call Counter at the reception area to receive your physical ticket

Your smartphone voucher is valid only on the date and time specified

Tickets can also be collected prior to your booked visit time

No refunds will be given for no-shows and latecomers
