The customer service desk is located at Nakheel Mall (monorail entrance).

*Red Route:**

The bus leaves Dubai Mall every 30 minutes from 09:00 until 17:00.

The bus leaves Dubai Mall every 30 minutes from 09:00 until 17:00.

There is an additional stop on the route. Stop 16 Central World is located at HUG THAI Gate, on the ground floor, next to the Centara Grand Hotel.

*Sunset and Night Tour:**

This is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is one loop per day. The tour lasts two hours.

Pick-up times:

Stop 1 - The Dubai Mall: 18:00

Stop 2 - Mina Seyahi - Dubai Marina: 18:45

Stop 3 - Atlantis The Palm: 19:00

Stop 4 - Fairmont The Palm: 19:05

Stop 5 - Souk Madinat Burj Al Arab : 19:20

Stop 6 - Mall of The Emirates: 19:30

How to use

Swap your smartphone voucher at any stops for a paper ticket. With your paper ticket you can hop on and off as often and where you like

Your ticket is activated with the first use and is then valid for 24 or 48 or 72 hours
