Want stunning views of icy vistas, but don't feel like climbing a mountain or visiting Antarctica? You've come to the right place. This walk along Sólheimajökull is a great, family-friendly way to experience a real glacier.

No previous experience is needed – your certified guide is an expert on this area, and will take you through a frozen wonderland of different shades of glacier ice. It's the perfect place for spectacular photos, and a very cool experience.

Hiking boots that reach over your ankle & weather-appropriate clothing are a must

Hiking boots, rain pants & rain jackets can be rented on-site for a fee

How to use

Show your smartphone ticket to the guide at the Sólheimajökull parking area

Make sure to arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of your tour, as the crampons need to be adjusted to each person's shoe size before departure time
