The experience
Jasper National Park is stunning from every angle, but nothing beats seeing it from a mountaintop at 2,263 metres! Step aboard the longest and highest guided aerial tramway in Canada, and prepare to rise above the sub-alpine forest as distant mountaintops emerge over the treeline, while you marvel at the vast natural beauty of the Canadian Rockies.

This ticket is valid for a roundtrip on Jasper SkyTram
The best time to visit and avoid lines is in the morning during the summer period
The tram ride is approximately 7.5 minutes each way
You can stay up top as long as you like. It's recommended to allow at least 2 hours for this experience
Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome on the SkyTram, but are not allowed in the restaurant area and need a ticket (available onsite)
Bring a camera, water, sunscreen and dress in layers to stay warm
Dress in layers, as mountain weather can be unpredictable – and wear sturdy shoes if you plan to explore the trails. The temperature at the upper station can be 12° cooler or more than the Jasper townsite
Snowshoe rentals are available at the upper station from late March to early May
Children under 6 years can ride free but must get a ticket and travel with a paid adult
Visits are scheduled in 90-minute timeslots, with Return Flights automatically being assigned based on your Flight Up.
